C and E [Meaning] - MasterTerms.com

C and E

A bet in Craps that combines a "Craps" and "Eleven" bet. This bet allows the player to wager on either a 2, 3, or 12 (Craps) or an 11, with a payout depending on the outcome. The "C" bet covers the numbers 2, 3, and 12, while the "E" bet covers the number 11.

In a live game, if you place a C and E bet, you are essentially betting on two different outcomes at the same time. If either a Craps number (2, 3, or 12) or an 11 is rolled, you win the corresponding portion of your bet. Each part of the bet pays out separately based on whether a Craps number or an 11 hits, but if any other number is rolled, you lose both portions of the bet.

C and E Example

For example, if you place a C and E bet with $10, $5 is placed on Craps and $5 on 11. If the next roll is an 11, you win the “E” bet, but the “C” bet loses.
